SVG is adopted in Abstract Technology project development (29 May, 2003)

On May 21st, Abstract Technology start a new Java application project. According to client's requirement, SVG format will be adopted in this project. Although most of our team members are new to SVG, the project goes smoothly due to their fast study ability and our on the job training system and the matured project management.

The Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) format is a language for describing vector-based 2D graphics for the Web and other applications. Due to the fact that SVG has many advantages over other image formats, SVG is warmly welcomed by graphic designers. SVG images can be edited by any text editor and the images can be printed with high quality at any resolution. SVG enables dynamic and interactive graphics far more sophisticated than bitmapped images. You may zoom in on any portion of an SVG image and never see a single pixel.
